I am starting a petition in honor of Lil Romeo Angel Michael Kennedy. I am a childhood abuse survivor. Cps ignored countless reports of abuse in my case just like they did in The case of Katrina Kennedy (Mother of son being abused in viral video). Earlier this year in New Mexico a child abuse case resulting in death a mother was charged with misdemeanor counts and has since been approved for release. My mission is to make it a felony charge to abuse a child. I also want to include that government officals be charged with neglect of a child resulting in child abuse and or death when they ignore reports made resulting in further abuse and/or death.
