Many states provide a "blackout" option for license plates, which many auto enthusiasts prefer for aesthetic reasons.  The state of Colorado has no such license plate option.  In order to create new plate designs, Colorado requires legislative action and to win a slot in the crowded legislative field, sufficient interest and support needs to be evident.  This petition will be used to show Colorado state representatives and senators that many Coloradoans support the creation of a new CO "blackout" license plate option.
