At the second meeting of the Legislative Task Force on Metro Districts, the panel had an excellent discussion of disclosure issues and solutions after hearing an industry summary of "Metro District 101" and an industry attorney read through the disclosure statutes.   

Here is our summary and response with a suggested disclosure that would provide information to residents they would like to know, which is different from current disclosures which primarily provide information the industry wants the residents to know.
