Broadmoor CEO goes on record that the hotel is not willing to sell the Broadmoor parcels -- just swap them for Strawberry Fields. Did you know that the Broadmoor parcels have been tax exempt, according to public records? Meanwhile, the taxpayers have spent $1.9 million repairing and restoring the area ($650,000 of that from donations) and are set to spend another $1,000,000 in May. Given that, doesn't it seem like a dime is a generous offer?
