Our current legislation is not up to date when it comes sexual exploitation of minors. Currently it is not against the law for an adult to send a sexually explicit text message to a minor child. While it is against the law to send a image or video, it is not illegal to proposition a child over text message. 

Let's ask our legislators to close this loophole and keep our children safe.
