I found a bill that was proposed in 2007, but I don't believe that it passed. The bill (if it had passed) would have allowed parentage to be set aside using DNA evidence, as well as it would have been required upon DNA evidence that the courts would terminate child support obligations if the DNA test results established that the obligor is not the biological parent.
I wonder why it wasn't passed, or why it hasn't been reintroduced with different guidelines. Paternity Fraud is a problem, and I think that's why someone tried to get a bill to pass back in 2007.
You can find the old proposed bill here: INTRODUCED - Colorado https://www.leg.state.co.us/clics/clics2007a/csl.nsf/billcontainers/5A25C9222072247E87257251007C4AA2/$FILE/056_01.pdf
