A Facemask Mandate in Colorado should be of the utmost emergency.  It has proven that facemasks can reduce or eliminate the spread of COVID19.  Selfish citizens refuse to wear facemasks and claim it is their constitutional right not to wear them.  The same people who refuse to wear facemask are the very ones who are spreading COVID19. The 10th Amendment, which gives states all powers not specifically given to the federal government, allows them the authority to take public health emergency actions.  COVID19 is a Global Threat and we are in dire distress, people are dying.   Presently, 3,408,533+ U.S.A confirmed cases with 36,965 confirmed cases in Colorado totaling 1,726 deaths in 3 months' time.  This is a warfare of the worse kind!   

South Korea has proven facemask can lower/eliminate the spread of this viral killer.  We have a President who was lackadaisical in even believing this virus existed.  We are asking Jared Polis to reverse what Trump has done in Colorado by mandating the facemasks and other states will follow.  The police reform bill has passed and the safety and health of citizens, which include senior communities; black, brown, Asians, and indigenous people; should be your number one priority.
