As many of you may know Paula Recco currently stands as a chair memeber of the Colonial Rottweiler Club (CRC). What is not well known is that she has had multiple animals taken from her care in poor condition due to her neglect. This includes an involuntary ASPCA seizure of multiple horses. Her last puppy was taken from her due to failure to fulfill a breeder contract and inability to pay for the puppy. That dog was returned underweight due to her inability to afford to feed her, yet she can somehow afford to attend / travel to shows and events. I now own that same dog. And sadly this is not the first time something like this has happened to a dog she once owned. My goal is to get the word out so not another puppy has to suffer that fate.
