Stop using the "Do Not Return Designation" against black nurses!

The Issue

There is a shortage of Registered Nurses in California, as in the entire nation. We think that Medial Facilities, in California, are using the DNR tool to discriminate against black nurses and nurses with high seniority, to avoid paying them their fair wages.
