Terrance Williams was last seen being pulled over by an ex police deputy (Steve Calkins) from the Collier County Sheriffs Office for driving to work without a Drivers License and was never seen again. Steve Calkins also was involved in the disappearance of  a man that he pulled over three months before the disappearance of Terrance. Felipe Santos  got involved in an accident in Naples, Fl. Steve calkins “cited” Felipe Santos for Reckless Driving and driving without a Drivers License or insurance and placed Felipe in the cop car and drove away with him and never seen again. Steve Calkins was only fired for not cooperating with investigations but never charged. We demand justice for Terrance Williams and Felipe Santos and demand that Steve Calkins is convicted.
