Allow all students to rescore their AP exam

Allow all students to rescore their AP exam
The Issue
To College Board and all whom it may concern,
The AP program has an irrefutable responsibility to be equitable (fair) to all students. 2020 AP students paid full price for a shorter, online, and more grader-dependent Free-Response-Question exam, but are being denied the right to dispute a score they feel doesn't reflect their work since they are already "qualified".
FRQs, and especially essays, are open-ended questions, so scores are majorly dependent on the grader. This variable is why the right to rescore is important, because many students, like myself, feel their work was discounted.
If you rescore from a score of 1 or 2, you can get a score up to 5; if you have a "qualified" score of 3 or 4, you aren't allowed to rescore at all. That doesn't make sense. If a student suspects their score is off, it should be regraded, no matter if the score is considered “qualified” or not. This policy is unfair to students whose prospective colleges don’t accept 3's or 4's for college credit.
To be equitable, AP needs to provide fair treatment to all students. Denying hard-working students who got a 3 or 4 the right to a rescore is not doing that. Dear CollegeBoard, please reconsider your rescoring policy to include everybody, as it is the only fair solution for all students.
