The issue
Today, thick smoke from yet another "Prescribed Burn" (i.e. bush fire) drifted over Perth.
It wasn't haze as reported in the media, it was a thick, choking ash cloud that descended over most of Perth this afternoon.
It filtered into homes and cars, clogged filters, caused asthma attacks, coughing, sore eyes and numerous other respiratory and allergic conditions.
The fire itself probably killed hundreds of thousands of native animals, and why?
Because every year these moronic pyromaniacs from DPAW (previously DEET and CALM) are allowed to run rampant through our Australian bush performing legalised arson attacks.
And why do they start bush fires? Because it prevents bush fires! Doh!
With air quality in Perth on a par with Beijing, isn't it about time these government backed yobbos with a can of petrol and a box of matches were brought to heel?
