Starting a petition due to high request.

So many people have missed out on getting a Collector's Case for their little shop pieces, due to not enough being produced and allowing people to buy 30+ to later sell for ridiculous prices. 

Coles should release another batch and limit the amount per customer. There are so many disappointed children that deserve the same chance to finish their collection.
