Sam Pilgrim, a professional slopestyle and free rider, with a very successful YouTube audience has had to flatten the dirt jumps him and friends have built in his back yard. He bought his property for the potential of turning the space into a practice area for him and his professional athlete friends. He isn't permitted to even ride a bike in his own backyard by Colchester Council. This man is looked up to by many young riders and is inspiration for many who have discovered biking during lock down to help with fitness and mental well being. He has appealed the decision which has been declined. Help get his cause looked at again by Colchester Council, to see the good he has done for the Mountain biking community and not the negatives of a guy riding in in his own back yard.
