Coca-Cola isn't listening to her customers. An 18 July 2018 statement said "Australians have decided that Coke No Sugar is [their decision]." Yet they said back in June 2017 that "we will gradually phase out Coke Zero." In other words, they aren't listening to us, they are telling us what we want.

That's bad business. And Coke's dedicated customer base is angry.

So are shareholders who fear a collapse in share values.

We are calling on Ilana Atlas (Chairman of the CCA Board of Directors) to sack CEO Alison Watkins and insist that Coke Zero be kept alive. The customers actually want to be heard.
