Coinbase has been locking peoples accounts, looping them in a broken verification system, spamming automated response emails about a “specialist” contacting us to fix our problems. They have cost users hundreds of thousands of dollars, prevented the purchasing and selling of cryptocurrency always conveniently when their are dips in the market, and they refuse to take fault in any losses while having the audacity to continue to lock us from our accounts and prevent us from withdrawing our money from their app essentially trapping us from uninstalling and leaving their service.

 
I’ve mostly seen people just “talking” about doing it and none actually taking the time too. Considering they thought it was wise to just lock me in a never ending looped verification system and not allow me to withdraw my funds from their app while just sending me the same recycled email constantly. I will be filing a Class Action Lawsuit this week if we can get a large enough signature count, this is merely to show my lawyer a compiled list of as many people as I can show when I head into their office. Considering Class Action Lawsuits have no upfront cost and lawyers are only paid from winning a settlement, they need to have a decent number of people suffering from the same issues in order to feel comfortable enough to invest their own time into a case. Class Action Lawsuits can take months to years to settle, the amount that is won is dependent on how many sign for the settlement to be split evenly, the more people sign the less the split, however the more people sign the larger the settlement. The lawyer will take a percentage from the winnings, signing has no cost to anyone. It is time Coinbase is held responsible for their fraudulent practices and manipulation of the market by blocking out accounts.

Once that is done I will be requesting screenshots of the emails, the issues, etc. showing that they’re doing the exact same to everyone else(No images with sensitive material please, only images showing they’re halting withdraws from their application and emails showing the looped verification system as well as emails involving the run around where they just reply with the same generic bot response. Please black out any form of financial account numbers and any other sensitive information.)
