I am a resident of Miami-Dade County, and I support PZ-25-20237, the Department of Cultural Affairs’ application to allow for the restoration, renovation, and expansion of the  historic Coconut Grove Playhouse at 3500 Main Highway, in Coconut Grove.

I understand that the proposed campus (a) will prominently feature a state of the art theater (and related working spaces) to be operated by GableStage Inc., (b) will also feature  educational programs and activities under the auspices of GableStage and FIU, and (c) will include a much needed parking garage and certain supporting commercial business structures. My signature below reflects my enthusiastic support for this vital  project and its cultural and public amenities.
