It was a hot summer day when I first discovered Apple+Ginger AHA seltzer. The flavor was like no other seltzer. A super refreshing and crisp flavor, this instantly became my favorite seltzer, which is an accomplishment because I drink nearly every flavor from every brand of seltzer. Every time I would go shopping I would pick up 3-5 cases of Apple+ Ginger.

One day I went shopping and there was not a single Apple+Ginger left so I thought it was simply sold out, however I came back multiple times and I never saw it. A quick Google search had confirmed my worst nightmare: Apple+Ginger had been discontinued. The excuse the Coca-Cola gave was that there was a shortage of aluminum cans, however they just released two new flavors to replace the flavors that they had discontinued. And these flavors were nowhere near as good as Apple+Ginger. And in my experience Apple+Ginger was always the flavor that sold out the fastest, just from looking at the shelves I was able to tell that it was a crowd favorite.

I went to the AHA Twitter account and I saw numerous tweets begging AHA to bring back Apple+Ginger, but the answer was always the same: the flavor has been discontinued but you can enjoy our other flavors.
