The purpose of this petition is to advise the community that Blue Tiger Properties, LLC has applied for Rezoning and a Special Land Use Permit in order to put up a two story Climate Controlled Self-Service Storage Facility at the corner of Stilesboro Road and Dennis Kemp Lane across from Zaxby's. 

The application will be heard by the Cobb County Planning Commission on September 7, 2021 at 9:00 AM and thereafter, by the Cobb County Board of Commissioners on September 21, 2021 at 9:00 AM.  Both are located at 100 Cherokee Street, Marietta, Ga.

This petition has been created to bring our community together to oppose the rezoning.  We are encouraging everyone to sign the petition and to attend both hearings so we can voice our objection.
