CNN has violated Section 73.1217 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 73.1217 CNN has lied to the world and American public and is inciting terrorism, hatred, division, and riots. They should not be allowed to broadcast any longer and immediately be pulled from all live and public broadcasting. They violate the sovereignty of our Nation without regards to the public safety or American lives. Their bias, one-sided, and doctored broadcasts have fueled hate, division, racism, and riots in the states, communities, and neighborhoods in America. 

In light of the fundamental importance of the free flow of information to our democracy, the first amendment and the FCC 'Communication Act' bars the FCC from telling stations licensees how to select material for news programs or prohibiting the broadcast of opinion or any subject. The FCC also does not review anyone's qualifications to gather, edit, comment, or announce on the news. These decisions are the stations licensees responsibility, in which they are in direct violation of. Nevertheless, there are two issues related to broadcast journalism that are subject to Commission regulation: Hoaxes and News Distortion. CNN are in direct violation of both of regulations and should be held responsible for their blatant and deliberate act of defiance against the FCC 'Communication Act' and against the well being of the American public.

Their doctored broadcasts holds knowingly false information. Broadcasting false information causes substantial public harm. It was foreseeable that broadcasting such false information would cause public harm. (Furthered human division, racism, riots etc.)

The broadcasting license approved by the FCC clearly states that CNN, as public trustees, may NOT intentionally distort or doctor the news. The FCC has stated that, "rigging or slanting the news is a most heinous act against the public interest."

In this context, a "crime" is an act or omission that makes the defender subject criminal punishment by law, and a "catastrophe" is a disaster or imminent disaster involving violent or sudden events affecting the public. If the station airs a disclaimer before the broadcast that clearly characterizes the program as fiction and the disclaimer is presented in a reasonable manner under the circumstances, then the program is presumed not to pose foreseeable public harm.

CNN airs no such disclaimers before their broadcasts. They broadcast false, bias, one-sided, and doctored news information as true and actual facts. The stations licensee (CNN) are knowingly broadcasting information that is defined as false, doctored, inaccurate, bias, and one-sided.

I can and will produce the video evidence to such violations of the FCC 'Communications Act'. We, the People, cannot and will not stand by and watch them distort truth for their own agenda any longer, and further the division of the American people. CNN, along with many others, fuel hate and chaos in America and it is a direct and imminent threat to the public and to the citizens of this nation. Their broadcasts are influencing domestic terrorism and is an imminent threat to our democracy.
