Dear Club Penguin Rewritten. We understand if you can't make this happen. But some of us have decided to put together a petition. A lot of members of the community have been wishing for this for a long time. Some have been dreaming of owning this item for a long time on the original Club Penguin. This Item has been a favourite of many. It's more special then the other party hats. It maybe just a hat but to a lot of people. It really means a lot. This party hat is one of the most iconic items. The CPR beta test hat was blue and yellow.
This party hat has something different that makes it so special. This hat has been a special antique in the Club Penguin Franchise. We see it's not around on CPR. Although we are aware it will never come to Club Penguin Rewritten, but it's just not Club Penguin without the pink and yellow party hat. It's like Christmas without a Christmas tree. Just doesn't feel the same.
It doesn't have to come back twice, And we understand you want to keep it's rarity as rare as can be. But It's what makes CP feel like home. A lot of us felt CPR was missing something, and it's the pink and yellow party hat. This petition may not reach this goal, but if you could make an exception. Like maybe let this item be an exclusive item you have to earn, like during last year's Halloween Party, you had to do a scavenger hunt to earn the Halloween Scarf which is one of the exclusive items and won't return again. Maybe that could be the same with the party hat. 
If this can't be possible, we understand. But this one specific item means a lot to the CP community.
