According to CMC 6.1.519 it is illegal for us to "provide food, water, or other forms of sustenance to a feral cat or feral cat colony." If you are an animal lover like myself this should enrage you. The only way to cut down on the overpopulation of cats is Trap-Neuter-Return. NOT feeding them doesn't stop them from reproducing and it's extremely cruel and inhumane.
