Dear everyone,
I sent an update out earlier with a link to some redacted public records about a previous lawsuit against Menaul, as I had promised yesterday.
The party involved initially felt ready for it to be shared, but changed their mind. Even though it is public record, we don't want to cause anyone pain or distress, so we choose not to continue sharing that information. Whatever happens, we will not knowingly contribute to someone's trauma.
Our care and concern go out to anyone who has ever been the victim of assault, bullying, racism, homophobia, misogyny, abuse of power, or any other form of patriarchal oppression. We want you to heal, to thrive, to be well, and to tell your story in a way that STRENGTHENS and EMPOWERS you. If we can help you or stand with you, we are right here. If you need to snuggle up and heal in a cocoon, without everyone in your business, we support you in that.
