Thank you to everyone for taking time to express your thoughts on this issue. Tonight I met Simon, The Director at the Cinema/theatre. He listened to our views and was grateful to meet face-to-face. Simon agreed that my original complaint was handled very badly and apologised.He also agreed that there was a pest problem and it is being taken very seriously. He went on to discuss the pest issue and how they have gone from 1 Rentokil visit a month to now 3 times a week, cleaning has increased in all screens, as well as between screenings an food hygiene /storage is being taken very seriously and staff have all been spoken to, to ensure best practise. There was also talk on the future of the cinema (very positive for customers and staff) so hopefully combined with the increased action currently being taken and possible future plans, the coming year should see a massive improvement for Woking Cinema which everyone in will benefit from.
