This institution is mistreating their animals, as well as neglecting the needs of guests. The enclosures for these animals are not being maintained and are not being fed properly. They are not taking precaution of the heat advisory for these animals, and they barely have any access to water. The otters, reptiles, rhino, cougar, etc. are being treated horribly.
