Doctor Heather Robertson kept my puppy dead all night not letting me know just to bill me.She even did not let me inside to see my puppy when I was beginning to come. When I was calling from the parking lot and asking how is my puppy she said he is struggling .I sad can I please come inside to be with him because I know how scared he was.She di not let me in You have to see his leg what they did to his leg.When I went to pick my puppy around  8 am they cared only about payment even doch they have my card on file.Finally when I get my puppy I opened the bag right away and the smell from my puppy was so bad I was shocked. SHE KEPT HIM DEAD ALL NIGHT JUST TO Bill ME.I would like dr Heather Robertson to be responsible for her cruel behavior. I am fighting for another animals who are still alive and also for my puppy who is gone.
