As you are all aware, the COVID-19 outbreak is putting lives at risk all over the world.

London department stores continue to stay open and doing so, they contribute to the spreading of this unknown virus putting incredible strain on our NHS.

Staff have no protection when counting cash and handling deliveries and there have been confirmed cases of infected staff and customers admitting to be COVID-19 positive or recently returned from zone 1 and 2 countries.

We understand how difficult it is to take such an important decision but we ask you to close down the stores until the outbreak is under control.
