I've been staying in Willow Runs Apartments for 14 years, and it's been the worst experience. Things stay broken, and management doesn't fix anything. The neglect has reached a dangerous level – my apartment has been shot into a few times while I was here, and it had nothing to do with me. This isn't just my story; many other tenants have shared similar experiences of unresolved issues in the apartments.

The management is supposed to take care of us, especially since they are receiving funds from HUD (Housing and Urban Development). Yet, they fail to pay our light bills, leaving us to fend for ourselves. It’s intolerable and unjust. The management and owners, if they are involved in this negligence, should be held accountable, possibly even facing jail time for their actions or lack thereof.

The current manager is the nastiest I've ever encountered in my life. She curses and shows complete disregard for the tenants' well-being. We deserve a safe and decent living environment.

It's time for a change. This place needs to be shut down, and a thorough investigation should be conducted to hold anyone responsible accountable. We should not live in fear or neglect in our own homes.
