BFF Puppies in Orange Park mall keeps their puppies in little boxes all day with little to no food or water. All of their puppies look extremely tired or weak, emaciated, and just plain depressed. The black dog pictured was throwing up foam which was brought to the staffs attention, and they reassured the customers the puppy was fine but then immediately took them out of the cage and started cleaning it. The customers who reported it called for an update and the black puppy has sadly passed away while the yellow one is struggling. They have at least 20 dogs in there going through the same thing & it makes me sick!
