In 2021, I made the life-changing decision to have all of my teeth removed and replaced with dentures. I was assured by Aspen Dental that my insurance would cover the procedure. However, what transpired was a nightmare. My insurance was never used, and instead, I was compelled to finance the hefty bill with Care Credit.

Immediately after the extraction, I received a set of healing dentures. I was given no indication that these were temporary, and naturally, I assumed they were the permanent solution promised to me. Much to my dismay, as time went on, I realized that my permanent dentures were never provided. When I sought clarification, the service I received from Aspen Dental was nothing short of appalling. Calls were deflected, office visits were dismissed, and I was left without any real answers. One fateful day, the dentist outright accused me of lying, insisting that I had received my permanent dentures when I clearly had not.

The solution is clear: close down all Aspen Dental locations to prevent further exploitation of vulnerable patients seeking dental care. It's imperative that we take a stand against these unethical practices and hold providers accountable for their actions.
