That is what recreational drugs do to people, isn't it? It is all laughter and games until someone has an allergic reaction or gets pulled over on the side of the highway to receive a DUI. What's more, if they find a bunch of unregulated adult entertainment sitting in the back seat? There are going to be a lot of questions. Most of the entertainers supporting this kind of content flee to California to make it with the big shots or to a nation that does not have laws against controlled substances or adult video and toys to avoid persecution while they make more than a salary off of obscene content. This is not what represents Pensacola. We are a decent people with a decent culture when there are not violent and abusive perverts stealing all of the spotlight. They have found their way into our business platforms, our entertainment venues, our local government, and even into our homes through the use of the open internet. One shattered relationship after another, people are losing everything. Our jobs, our families, and our education are at stake because most everyone is afraid to "offend" an adult entertainment aficionado who has ties in the board. The roundtables at the college, at the chamber, and at the city hall are full of the silent types. They either have secrets that they do not want getting out, or they do not care what happens to the unwilling victims enough to speak out. I am not afraid. No one who signs this petition should be afraid. This is a motion of positivity and recognition for those who want better. I encourage each and every one of you to share this message with someone who has the stomach for it. Remember to be positive and kind to anyone who offers a listening ear. There is no reason to entertain trolls or engage in baseless arguments about freedom of speech and medical marijuana. That is not what this is about. Over time, the stigma will die down, and more will be able to join us. It takes time. Thank you for all that you have contributed to this petition!
