Hi Everyone and thank you so much for your help and support in trying to right what is patently wrong and undemocratic. Some would say there has been a fundamental break down in the Planning system if developers and Councils can get away with this kind of behaviour.
In order to make it quite clear to the many people who have the power to stop this fiasco I have today circulated our petition to the decision makers. I did this now because part of the problem with our system is that it carries on until It finishes unless something happens to stop it. SODC continues to merrily process Taylor Wimpey's applications apace and the further these actions go the more difficult it becomes to stop or worse still reverse some of the decisions. Equally we are dealing with implementers on a day to day processing basis who basically carry on regardless unless told to stop
So now, the decision makers ie MP's, Councillors, Chairmen and CEO's know we are seeking change and why we are seeking it. This can only help to stop the wheels of bureaucracy turning if we have convinced them that something is wrong.
Once again thank you all for your help and please please keep on circulating the petition and getting people on board to offer practical help and funds to move us forwards.
