Hi All, I have had a reply back from: "Kathryn Holroyd; of the BT Wholesale High Level Complaints Team" she has advised me that it would help her investigation if I could submit telephone numbers & addresses of affected properties, so that they can get a better idea of the scale of the affected area, and ways to fix the problem. You can email me directly via: edblu@autistici.org I will keep your details confidential, I will also ask that BT Openreach also treat your details confidentially too & to not use them for marketing etc. The sooner I have this information the better. Everytime I have a few telephone numbers & addresses I will pass them on to "Kathryn Holroyd; of the BT Wholesale High Level Complaints Team" I have higher hopes for success now, than I did before this petition started, lets keep pressing forward!
