I have yet to get any reply, but I only did submit it on the 8th of Jan 2016. Please feel free to vent your spleen on them regarding your own personal experience or lack thereof regarding your broadband Internet.
Below is a copy of the email I sent to the persons listed above. (for your reference)

Dear Roddy Thomson, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Service Delivery
Johnny McQuoid, Managing Director Customer Service
Kim Mears, Managing Director, Infrastructure Delivery
Gaby Heppner-Logan, Director Communications & Public Affairs
I am currently running a petition to get BT Openreach to Enable / Upgrade our lines that will allow the 75-100 residential homes & businesses in my local area to benefit from much better broadband speeds i.e.: 10Mbs+
The petition can be found here: http://chn.ge/1YrShWV The petition was hand delivered to 75+ local properties.
I have been able to so far collect 75+ signatures (there are 75 to 100 residential homes & businesses in this area) I can provide these signature, but feel free to check the petition yourselves.
We have very poor broadband, some people had speeds as low as 125kb, which quite frankly is no better than dial-up speeds.
I have attached a pdf with some of the affected residents & businesses comments for your perusal, as you will see, all of them complain about the poor service, low speeds, intermittent service, line drops & more.
Please can you arrange the upgrade for our broadband service. Or at the very least let us know exactly when we can expect our very poor service to be upgraded.
Decent broadband will bring better quality of life to all affected in this area, from businesses hoping to make better sales, to homes hoping to uptake better tv on demand services, to isolated pensioners who can’t get out as much using it for shopping, medical services, contact with family, etc. Better broadband will markedly improve all aspects of life, please help us achieve this. Hoping for your cooperation in the matter.
I shall look forward to your reply in due course.
Sincerely,
Ed Blundell, on behalf of all signed up residents.
