Unfortunately cyclists are getting a bad name due to many of them blatantly disregarding the laws in place. Many cyclists are happy to endanger both themselves and pedestrians by cycling on the pavements of Norwich. There have been many cases of injuries and accidents and the bottom line is this behaviour is dangerous and illegal. Please sign this petition to raise awareness of this - the police need to be fining people & helping to stop this!
