Circle K has submitted a petition to rezone 2 houses on Vandemar St. from residential to commercial C-2. There is a proposal to build a 16-pump gas station on the site of the historic Center Mayfield Theater and the footprint of the proposed gas station requires demolishing the 2 houses closest to the Center Mayfield Theater. Rezoning these properties requires the approval of Cleveland Hts City Council. We want the council to vote to deny the petition to rezone.
