my Brother Allante Riggins was shot in the city of Cleveland, Ohio on 75th and Kinsman Rd on 7/25/2020. He was shot at the 75th plaza on surveillance video and in broad daylight in front of witnesses. He was a unarmed, shirtless Man, that got into a arguement with two individuals. Which happened to both be armed and the driver shot him point black range. He died the next day at the hospital due to his injuries. His murder is 1 of several that have occurred during this Covid 19 pandemic.   

On the behalf on my family and families that live in the City of Cleveland and across the Country. All of the individuals that take innocent people lives in heinous murders should be convicted of a higher degree of punishment due to the fact that children and knowingly unarmed people have no way to defend themselves from a gun. These individuals are creating mayhem , while some of us want to live in peace, nuture our families and live our lives without hearing the gunshots and experience the pain of losing people that the love. Statistics can support the rate of deaths compared to last year have almost doubled in Cleveland, Ohio. We must do something to help our families and ourselves.
