See this announcement from the clinic that confirms they will raze this building and create a parking lot. Also confirms tentative plans to eventually build a new mixed use facility. This building is already well suited for mixed use! The cost to renovate is much less than the cost to demolish and start over - that’s just the economic cost, and it increases when you include the environmental and cultural costs.

Only 50 more signatures needed to reach 5000. To my knowledge, a demolition permit has not been issued. So there is still time to save this building! Please continue to share on social media.
