Quick update: I’ve been in contact with a local reporter who says the Clinic has a deadline to comment officially about their intent with regards to the building, and will allow the inside to be surveyed so the condition can be documented. Expect a new story in the next few weeks. 

The reporter has also offered to try to get my information to Robert Kaiser, former director of Cleveland Landmarks Commission, who has already expressed support for preservation. The goal is for him to help us with the lengthy/expensive historical status nomination process with the State. So far I’ve been unable to get his details.
