We recently discovered a public Facebook post from a key witness who testified against Clemell at trial. In this post, the witness states that he was “prepped to lie for years” and that Clemell was locked up based on that testimony.

This statement is extremely troubling because witness testimony played a major role in Clemell’s conviction.

If a witness is now publicly saying they were pressured or coached to lie, that raises serious questions about whether Clemell received a fair trial.

We have saved screenshots of the post and this information is being shared with Clemell’s legal team so it can be properly reviewed as part of the ongoing appeal process.

Our family has always maintained that Clemell was wrongfully convicted. This new development only strengthens our call for a full and fair review of his case.

We are asking supporters to continue sharing Clemell’s story and standing with our family as we fight for justice.
