CCISD just appointed an extremely liberal as our new Superintendent!! I’m all for treating all people with respect and listening to others views! BUT I’m extremely concerned with this man,Eric Williams!! He supports the following:

1. Critical Race Theory
2. equalize school pass rates by black, hispanic and white students and require inclusion of more black and hispanic students in honors classes.
3. Supports elementary and high schools with books about LGBTQ people to increase students’ understanding and improve diversity and inclusion. This means our students can sexually identify with multiple genders and teachers read books to encourage this. YES even our Little’s!!!
4. Allow boys and girls to use the same restroom bc of what they identify with as their gender

 Colleges have already changed our children’s mind set that we cannot allow this to take hold of our elementary, junior high and high school students in public schools.   but his views do not align with our TEXAS VALUES. Even if you have liberal views these are extreme left wing opinions that are trying to change our country, Community and our homes!!! 

CCISD hired a man from out of state but why could they not have found someone within our district or our state to lead us? Someone that shares the same values as most of us.

I don’t like issues on social media but feel we all need to be educated in what we are getting and how this man is going to change our mindset of our children within our community. Please do your research and make your own opinions of Eric Williams. If you feel like I do, please please please send letters to the school board and let your voice be heard. We have about 20 days to reverse the school boards decision. One last note, I believe we need to be vetting our school board members more carefully if this is who they feel is best to lead our students and teachers in our current and upcoming future.
