The Indian River Lagoon in North Brevard County,Florida has had issues with water quality for many years including gross smelling water, fish kills, manatees dying from toxins in the river and  lack of food, dolphins dying from toxins in the river , sea grasses and other aquatic plants necessary to sustain life in the river dying from toxins. People catching life altering diseases in from toxins in the river. A new inlet on Canaveral National Seashore across from the Haulover Canal would allow clean ocean water to flow into the river and clean the river up and recreate an more sustainable ecosystem for wildlife and plants. The Indian River desperately needs an inlet. We need a clean river in North Brevard. Please sign our petition if you want a clean river in North Brevard.
