The purpose of this petition is to bring justice to the community of Claymont.  To hold the Land Lord of high criminal traffic properties associated with drugs accountable for their properties at which are creating an environment that is detrimental to the community at large.  These properties are located on in Overlook Colony in Claymont, Delaware as well as Edgemoore Gardens, Wilmington, Delaware. 

We the people want our government to pursue a Criminal nuisance abatement on all properties relating to high crime traffic. 

We have been silenced for years about this person and we want justice. 

As tax payers, we want he who has not paid his property taxes on majority of his rental properties to be held accountable for his properties at which have been plaguing our communities.
