Here is a solution that will minimize behaviors in classrooms and build good relationships with parents to get involved more with our childrens education...

Cameras in classrooms... There are way to many kids to teacher as it is... If there is an incident in the class that you did not catch , the cameras will.... If there is a behavior you want to address to a parent there is proof. And for parents of those that have children that are not able to speak we have peace of mind. We have the right to observe what goes on in a classroom without giving the heads up. Parents  want to know what goes on when no one knows we are observing. Not To mention most kids would ACT right if they know their parents might be watching through the classroom cameras. Let's work on getting Cameras in the Classrooms for the safety of TEACHERS AND STUDENTS.. If you are doing what you are supposed to do as a teacher there would be no push back!
