Pig Farm Rd Petition signers,

Thank you for signing the petition to preserve the road as a bicycle/pedestrian road for all our neighbors to enjoy without automobile traffic.

I have attended several Amherst Town Hall meetings regarding the status change of this unpaved roadway. There have been questions regarding the owner rights of the only landowner that directly abuts Pig Farm Road, and a solution has been made. The petition stands.

This evening I'll go to town Hall, with this petition and ask that the Town put Pig Farm Road status change on the ballot for the town vote this spring.

If the Town does not put the issue to the public for vote the status of Pig Farm Road will not change and cars and truck could continue to use the road. 

I'm hoping to convince the Town planning board to put the issue on the ballot for vote. Meeting starts at 6:30 pm if you are interested in attending.
