I would like to start a petition to get a class action lawsuit filed against the Coolest Cooler company with website http://www.coolest.com/ , its maker Ryan Gepper, and possibly Kickstarter for taking absolutely no action in allowing this monstrous deal take place.

Like many of you, I pledged money to have a unit (and have still not received it) whilst units are being sold as I write this in many retail outlets, such as Amazon.com, and even its own website https://coolest.com/product/coolest-cooler/

This is simply unacceptable.  We have all paid for something that is currently selling, and as original backers from two years prior, not receiving what is owed.

I write this to a law team or anyone who can lead a charge to get us help.
