The Suez Water expansion threatens our environment, especially neighborhoods in West Nyack and Valley Cottage. The expansion brings the addition of   an 8000 gallon fuel tank, a 2000 diesel tank (both 400 ft from the reservoir), storm water run-off facilities, the deforesting of 271 trees,  heavy transport on Old Mill Rd., and increases industry in residential Rockland neighborhoods.

Heavy transport in and out of the facility will impact school and highway commuters - in an area that's already congested.

Help us stop industry from overtaking another part of our community.
