Hello. I am an Animal Jam YouTuber by the name of Pixeltoast the Unicorn Viking. I am making this petition because I believe that my best friend Betta542 was unfairly banned, and that she was discriminated against, along with many other players as well.

Betta542 is my best friend, in real life and on Animal Jam. She has been playing Animal Jam for a year longer than I have, and we both enjoy going on it together. We have also made many videos together on YouTube, whether they're about Animal Jam or just the two of us fooling around. 

However, at the time of writing this, her main account on Animal Jam was permanently banned yesterday. Meanwhile, my account was merely suspended for a day.

Her account had 2 months of membership, over 11,000 gems, 10 dens (two of which were from the diamond shop), several animals from the diamond shop, over 12 den betas, 390 den items, and an unknown amount of clothes (however, many of the clothes were rare, beta or desired items).

Allow me to explain why we were banned/suspended. I was spending the night at her house, and she decided to go to a famous Animal Jam Youtuber's den to trade. However, a glitch in Animal Jam caused her to be taken to a French server instead (Animal Jam has server locks, so this normally would not be possible). It was then that many other players who had been accidentally transferred to this French server soon found out that the chat filter was not very well secured, and soon began to abuse this feature. I will admit that it was rather immature of us, but considering the sheer amount of other people doing the same thing, we did not really think of the consequences.

Not to mention that Animal Jam is partially responsible for this, because this glitch was left unpatched.

Because of this issue, my account was suspended for a day. However, her account, along with a few others, was permanently banned. Why is it that for the same reasoning, some accounts only got banned for a day but others were permanently suspended?

This is what I am trying to find out.

Animal Jam Headquarters will not say anything on this matter, which leads me to believe that them being permanently banned was a prejudiced action. They only say that they can't bring back banned accounts or stolen items, which is false because they have done the same for many famous Animal Jam Youtubers. That is why I am making this petition. Because I want to at least get to the bottom of this.

If you believe that Betta542 was unfairly banned from Animal Jam, along with many other players on Animal Jam, then you can help. I will try to get 100 signatures, then I will email this petition to Animal Jam Headquarters, or try to get in contact with Clark Stacey, the CEO of Animal Jam. I would also very much appreciate if you shared this petition with as many people as you can.

We at least deserve an explanation, if not our accounts returned.
