We need to come together and fight for the banning of puppy shops! This county is seriously behind when it comes to banning the sale of puppy mill dogs as well as for profit breeding! There are animals all over the shelters in our community getting euthanized for space due to overcrowding! That also brings me to making awareness not to buy an animal for someone that has not been talking about or having interest in having an animal! Animals are not gifts unless the recipient truly expresses their desire for one. Guess what happens if they are gifted on a whim!? The recipient more than likely will surrender it to a shelter where it will wait to be adopted out, in a small cage waiting and longing to love and be loved, and if it’s not adopted by a certain time and the shelter is becoming overcrowded or at capacity most shelters will euthanize for space unless they specifically say they are a “no kill shelter” which is hard to come by in Clark county! Or, they will let the poor animal loose in the desert to fend for itself, hungry, cold, tired, thirsty and sad because it doesn’t know what it’s done wrong because to them you are their world and have done nothing but love you!  PLEASE join me in banning Puppy (mill) Shops! There are enough animals in our shelters and rescues that need your love and a furever home!! Put an end to the sale of puppy mill puppies and for profit breeding!! These animals deserve to be loved!!
