Just  reaching out to you today to thank you for your continued support. Are you ready to activate our action plan TODAY? 

Mayor Adrian Foster's is the Mayor of Clarington. Call him today. Call him to help him understand how important this issue is to us and that action must be taken right now.

At the next Council Meeting, coming soon in April, we need this issue to be a major agenda item.

We need the entire Council to pass a Holding Bylaw to HALT building more, to HALT trucking more garbage from all over York Region and Durham Region to our shores in Clarington.

It is openly acknowledged on the Government of Canada's official website that “The biggest source of dioxins and furans in Canada is the large-scale burning of municipal and medical waste. “ 

Canada.ca also says:

“Health effects associated with human exposure to dioxins: certain types of cancer”

Call Mayor Foster today. Ask for the Hold, ask for an environmental study and full assessment. 

This is not just about "Not In My Backyard" (NIMBY), it's about health and safety for residents, farmlands, and all living things here. We need to protect our health. 

Please contact Mayor Foster. We must stop this before it's too late, we think he will agree, call him and ask him today!
